"From Invisible to Invincible: Honoring The Art Of Color"

"From Invisible to Invincible... " pays homage to the rich legacy of outstanding nationally-reknowned African-American, Latino and Gay Philadelphia artists" who were excluded from exhibiting in Historic Strawberry Mansion 100 years ago, when Black and other artists were only permitted to display artworks in store front windows in Germantown during the Sesquincentennial Exposition of 1926.

On Saturday, October 17th, I will be giving an informal talk about my work on display along with Philadelphia-based sculptuor, Syd Carpenter at 2pm.
